In 1996, a new kind of realty company was formed. A team dedicated to decency, honesty, integrity, and delivering results for its customers. Magnolia Properties was founded by Eileen Blocker.

Eileen Blocker, Broker and Owner of Magnolia Properties, has been in the real estate profession for almost 20 years. Ten of these years were also spent in residential custom home construction and interior design. She is also the Director and Founder of Angelworks - a non-profit organization to provide crisis assistance to families with terminally ill and severely handicapped children - providing groceries, medical needs, utilities assistance - whatever a family needs assistance with. Eileen is very proud of Angelworks and its 13 year history - all proceeds (100%) go directly to support the cause. Magnolia Properties provides any operating expenses incurred by Angelworks.

As a long time resident of the Jacksonville community, I know personally the many amenities of North Florida, from our beautiful beaches to our symphony and our beloved Jaguars. I have proudly served our children as both a volunteer and teacher in the St. Johns Country School District, and have worked with many members of the Jacksonville business community as an owner of an independent graphic design firm. Having raised my four children in North Florida, I have supported and enjoyed the many benefits of our local community organizations from Little League to the arts.
